Skype is a very convenient and widespread program for free audio and video calls from a computer to another computer anywhere in the world, as well as for calls from a computer to mobile phones and for sending text messages and files.
Instructions
Step 1
Skype provides the ability to use multiple logins - user accounts. You cannot change or delete the login itself, you can only register again and get a new login. This was done by the developers of the program for the safety of users. After 22 days, your username (nickname) will be removed from the search, and all data, excluding the name, will be erased, provided that during this time you have not logged into your account.
Step 2
After you have installed Skype, the first time you turn it on, a welcome window appears, where you are asked to register - enter your full name, password, e-mail address.
Step 3
You have entered all the necessary data and entered the program, talked, left. The next time you turn on Skype, it is possible that it will not ask you to enter your username and password, but will immediately open the main window, that is, you will not enter anything, but will immediately enter the program. This means that automatic authorization was set during registration. How is the Skype user in this case?
Step 4
First you need to sign out of your account. In the upper left corner, click "Skype" -> Sign out (Skype -> Sign out). In this case, the program does not close, but disconnects you from the server. In the window that appears (where you enter your username and password), uncheck the "Sign me in when Skype starts" item. Now, the next time you enter the program, it will ask you under which login, i.e. the account you would like to log in.
Step 5
If you exit the program by right-clicking on the Skype icon in the tray and "Exit", then the next time you start the program, the program will also connect automatically, and you will not be able to change the user in this case. Well, if you select the "Close" item in the top Skype menu, the program will not close, but will be minimized to the tray.
