Step 1
Download the distribution kit of the program from the official website of the developer and start the installation.
Step 2
Follow the instructions of the installer. At the end of the installation, you will be asked to select a provider that provides TV broadcasting services. Select your company from the drop-down list.

Run the program. If after configuring the channels does not show, then go to the settings (press the key combination Ctrl and P) and go to the "General" tab.

In the "Network interface" item, manually specify the IP address of the network card that you use to view via IP-TV. Apply the changes you made and try to connect again.

If the TV still does not work, then check your firewall and firewall settings. Add IP-TV Player to the list of exclusions using the corresponding item in the settings of the program you are using. If the channels still do not turn on, then try to completely disable the firewall and restart the player.
Step 6
To update the TV program, go to the utility settings (Ctrl and P) and go to the "General" tab. Next to the item "TV program address" click the "Update" button. It is also sometimes necessary to update the list of used channels. To do this, press the "Refresh" button in the "Channel List Address" item.

If you still can't connect via IP-TV Player, then download the playlist from the official website of your provider and open it in your player. For example, the standard Windows Media Player supports streaming video playback. You can use the VLC app.
Step 8
If you experience interruptions during playback, you need to increase the cache size. To do this, go to the player settings and in the "Cache (milliseconds)" item, select a value from 3000 to 5000.
