If you think that overall the photo is good, but the image does not interfere with minor adjustments, use Photoshop. In it, you can not only edit the background and change colors, but also eliminate minor imperfections, for example, make your eyes more radiant.

Step 1
Choose a photo in which the person has very visible red streaks on the eyeballs. Open this image in Photoshop. Add an adjustment layer to the picture by choosing a command from the "Levels" menu item. Switch the created level to the "Display" mode. Now you're ready to go, start editing.
Step 2
Fill the layer mask with black. To do this, use the Ctrl and I keys on your keyboard. They must be pressed at the same time. Take a soft brush, make it white and start painting. The tool you need is called the Spot Healing Brush. It can be launched using the J button. Before making any adjustments, adjust the basic brush parameters in the upper left corner that appears. For example, set the following values: Diametre: 10 px, Hardness: 5%, Spacing: 40%, Size: Pen Pressure.
Step 3
Pass the brush over all the red eye vessels. You will see how the imperfections disappear and the texture becomes smoother. If the photo being edited is small and you find it difficult to use this tool when working with the image, you can simply paint over all the vessels. To do this, use the B key to grab a standard brush. Then, while pressing and holding the ALT key, click once in the eye area. Make sure that the color of the brush changes and becomes exactly the same shade as the eyeball in the image. Now paint over the vessels consistently and carefully.
Step 4
Make the photo more believable, and the traces of work in the photo editor are less noticeable. Remember to use a brush with soft edges for a natural look. In addition, you can independently adjust the opacity of the brush you are working with from 50% to 75% as you wish.
