If the screensaver on your computer is tired or seems boring to you, replace it with any other image. After performing simple operations, you can install any picture or photo you like on your desktop.
Necessary

Instructions
Step 1
Setting up your computer's interface is pretty straightforward. If you are using the Windows 7 operating system, first go to the Start menu. Then select the "Control Panel" section and select the "Display" item. Click on the label and go to further settings.
Step 2
In this section you can change the screen resolution, change the color schemes of the desktop, other parameters and, of course, the screensaver, for which you will need to click on the link that says "Change screensaver". After that, a new window "Screen Saver Options" will open in front of you. In the standard settings of the "seven" there are few options for changing the look of the desktop. But here it is possible to set any photo stored on the computer as a screensaver. To do this, it is advisable to save the necessary image to the "Pictures" folder located in the user folder on the C drive.
Step 3
If the picture is located in another folder, use the above method and make the appropriate changes later. To do this, in the Screensaver section, select Photos, and then click Options and Browse to view the images. This is with regard to changing the settings for the screensaver.
Step 4
With a picture on the desktop in Windows 7, it is a little more complicated. The best way to do this is to use Tweaks.com's Logon Changer program. Install the program. Check the picture you want to put on your desktop. Logon Changer will do the rest automatically, converting the image to the desired size and additionally creating copies of the photo in different resolutions. If necessary, the program will return all settings to their original position in one click.
Step 5
Windows 7 Logon Screen Rotator has a slightly wider range of possibilities. It allows you to set several pictures as wallpaper, and then, when the system starts, change them at the user's request.
Step 6
In Windows XP, everything is much simpler. Click the Start button, then open Control Panel, select Display. In the window that opens, set the required parameters. In the "Themes" section, select and save one of the provided themes.
Step 7
If you press the "Desktop" button, in addition to the pictures available in the system base, you will be able to set your own image. To do this, click "Browse", specify the folder with pictures and open the one that you are going to use as a background.
Step 8
And finally, the easiest option is to change the image on the desktop. It is applicable on Windows XP and earlier. Open the folder with the picture, select the image, right-click on it and in the drop-down window select the option "Set as desktop background".
