Step 1
In order to change the interface language while on one of the pages of the website, find in the title of its menu toggle this parameter. Also check if there is a Russian version of this site. If working with this site implies the use of accounts, the language change usually occurs in the account control panel.

In order to change the interface language of the social network "Vkontakte", open the menu item "Settings" on the left toolbar, at the very end, in the drop-down list, select the desired parameter and click on the "Save" button. Likewise, the language settings are configured on Twitter, Facebook and other similar social networks.
Step 3
If the web page does not have a Russian-language version, use browsers with a built-in translator, for example, Google Chrome. Download it from the official website of the developer, install it on your computer and open the address of the page you want to translate. This browser works with Google Translator, so you can select any of the languages it supports in the control panel.
Step 4
Having entered the page you need, just click on the "Translate" button. Please note that only technical translation will apply here. Often, in cases with sites in English or other languages that do not support direct word order in a sentence, certain problems may arise with understanding even the translation of the written word.
Step 5
Best of all, if you need to translate a website page into Russian, and its interface has support for French, switch to the French version (or a version of another language that supports the same word order in a sentence) and translate it. You can also use special utilities for your browser that provide automatic translation of the page content.
