Step 1
Launch Adobe Phtoshop to create a New Year card. Run the command "File" - "New", set the desired dimensions of the future postcard, click "OK". Next select the Rectangle Tool. Select the entire sheet with it.

Double-click on the layer with the object, in the opened window "Layer Style" select the item "Overlay Gradient", set the mode to "Normal", opacity - 100%, style - "Radial", angle - +31, scale - 117%. Click on the gradient bar, in the window that opens, add another slider to the field with flowers.
Step 3
Set the color to CDF5FF for the first, 0067A9 for the second, 040023 for the third. The first slider should be ¼ from the left edge of the ruler, and the second at the same distance from the right edge. Place the third at the end of the ruler. Click OK.
Step 4
Select the Pen tool and paint a snowy hill in black. Set the Layer Style to Inner Glow and Gradient Overlay. For the gradient, set the stretch between 004D8E and 68C4ED. Next, select the Freeform Shape tool, select the tree, set the color to 003274 and draw one fir tree.
Step 5
Duplicate it several times using Ctrl + J, apply a free transform to each layer and change their size and position. Change the color of the wood on each layer. Use colors 00578C, 0078C1, 108FDC, 0078C1. Add white snowflakes in the same way.
Step 6
Draw some more snow hills with the pen, set the color to A7FEF6, and in the layer style set the inner glow. Make another white hill. Apply a Gradient Overlay to it, stretch it from white to light blue.
Step 7
Open a photo of someone you love to create a unique card. It is desirable that the person should stand on it in full growth. Select it using the Quick Selection tool or the Magic Wand if the person is on a monochrome background. Copy the selection to a new layer and move it to the postcard.
Step 8
Place the photo in the card between the layers so that the person naturally blends in with the surroundings. To complete your New Year card, select the Text tool and add a greeting lettering. Apply a style to it to decorate the text and flatten the layers, then save the resulting image in Jpeg format.
