To increase performance, you need to use video card tweakers. It is worth dwelling on the Riva Tuner program, which allows you to increase the core and memory frequencies of the board. In the main window of the program, in the item "Driver settings", click on the button on the right side of the form indicating the driver version, and in the drop-down menu, click on the video card icon. Change the required frequencies carefully. Click the Test button to view the results. If artifacts and display problems do not appear on the monitor, then the setting is correct. Save your selections.

An important point is the graphics setting in the game itself. Bilinear filtering refers to the imposition of textures on a 3D object, which is applied to avoid abrupt color transitions between textures. Mip-mapping improves image quality and performance, trilinear filtering combines bilinear filtering and mapping. Anisotropic filtering eliminates the “jaggedness” of a sloped surface, and anti-aliasing helps eliminate the “staircase” effect at the edges of surfaces.
