Instructions

Step 1

The need to temporarily disconnect a working (active) user appears when using the network version of the program. An indispensable condition for connecting the temporary blocking mode of an active user is a password-protected entry into the program.

Step 2

The list of active users in the 1C program is available for viewing through the "User Monitor". Find in the main menu of the program "Service". Further in the submenu "User Monitor" item "Active users".

Step 3

Each line of the list that opens contains information about users who are currently working in the 1C program. In addition to the user's last name, you can see the start time of work in the program and the computer of the local network on which the employee launched the 1C program.

Step 4

If the user needs to leave the workplace for a while, he may not close the program. It is more convenient to use the temporary blocking mode. To enter, click the "Temporary lock" icon on the toolbar, the name will pop up when you move the cursor over the icon. Or select the "Temporary Blocking" item from the "Service" menu. A dialog box appears with the name of the active user. Temporary user lock is enabled. No actions in the program in this mode are possible.

Step 5

To cancel the temporary blocking, you must enter the password of the user whose name is indicated in the dialog box. The password must be the same with which the user entered the program at the beginning of work. After entering the password, click "OK". Temporary blocking mode is disabled. When the temporary blocking mode is enabled, the employee's computer is still in the active list.
