The updated configuration of the 1C: Accounting program is launched in several stages, one of which implies the obligatory opening of the program in the configurator mode, otherwise you will not have access to install updates.
Instructions
Step 1
Download updates for the 1C: Accounting program. Download them only to a folder on your local drive called Test. If one does not exist (this happens when you update the configuration for the first time), create it manually. Then double click on the downloaded setup file. Wait while the system unpacks the necessary files into the Test directory on its own.
Step 2
Open the Update.txt file after unpacking and examine it. Find information on how to perform the update procedure. This is due to the fact that some versions of the program may have their own distinctive features when installing these files. Please follow the directions in these instructions carefully, because if you make a mistake, you may lose data you need to work. Minimize the text file, but do not close it.
Step 3
Run the configurator. Click on the "Start" button and select "1C: Enterprise" and "Configurator" in the list of programs installed on your computer. After that, you should see the logo of this program on the screen, which is usually shown when it starts. Thus, the 1C configurator starts.
Step 4
Select to add a new infobase by specifying Test in the name. Specify the path to the newly created directory on your local drive. Select a new information database in the list of databases and click "OK", after which the configurator will start. Open the configuration from the "Open" menu and click "OK" in the warning window that appears. Wait until the end of the data conversion procedure.
Step 5
Check the consistency with your text file. Close the configurator, then run the updated program as usual, select the infobase. Make two backups of it.
