In such cases, it is not necessary to call a specialist or take the cartridge to a specialized company. Follow these instructions and you will be able to do it easily.

Step 1
Pull the cartridge out of the printer. The most common cartridge design is two parts held together by latches or latches.
Step 2
Open the latches, separate these halves, and gently shake out the old toner so as not to spill on yourself.
Step 3
Use a brush or brush to gently remove any caked waste powder from the cartridge hopper. To do this, remove the photosensitive drum. You will see it immediately - it will be bright pink or blue.
Step 4
Then, also use a brush or a brush to clean the gears.
Step 5
Refill the cartridge with new powder.
Step 6
Reassemble the cartridge in reverse order and insert it into the printer.
