The software package for recording, playback and editing of multimedia optical CDs and DVDs from the German company Nero is the most popular among PC owners. If you plan to install it on your system, then there should be no problems with the installation.
Instructions
Step 1
Download the installation package from the corresponding page of the company's website - https://nero.com/rus/downloads-nero11-trial.php. This requires you to enter your email address.
Step 2
Close other versions of Nero programs if they are running. It is also recommended to disable your antivirus and firewall software. Then run the downloaded file and the welcome screen of the installation wizard will appear on the screen.
Step 3
Click the "Next" button, and the wizard will show the next step of the installation, which will contain the text of the license agreement - read it and check the box "I accept the terms of the license agreement". After that, the "Next" button will become active - click it, and the wizard will go to the next step.
Step 4
Fill out the form with three fields - "Username", "Organization" and "Serial number". If the field for the serial number is left blank, then the application will work in trial mode, which will end in 15 days. You can enter this number later to convert your trial to unlimited. Click the Next button to go to the next step.
Step 5
Select one of the installation options - "Typical" or "Custom". The first option corresponds to the installation of the full volume of the main and auxiliary programs included in the distribution kit. If you are not at all familiar with this Nero package, then this is the best option. Another option allows you to select from the list of package components only those programs that you plan to use. In addition, in the "custom" option it is possible to change the folder in which the package will be installed. When you decide on this, click the "Next" button, and the installer will begin the process of installing the software package, the progress of which will be displayed by an indicator on the screen. When the installation is complete, the wizard will display a window with five tabs.
Step 6
Select which file types the operating system should attach to Nero. To do this, check the corresponding checkboxes on the "Photos", "Video" and "Music" tabs. On the Options tab, you can add a link to the program in the autorun menu that appears when you insert an optical disc into the reader. On the "Quick Launch Menu" tab, you can give a command to place a link to launch the program on the desktop and in the Quick Launch bar. Click the Next button one last time and the installation process is complete.
