Very often, after the establishment of the 1C program, organizations have a need to create a new information base (IB). Many people believe that this procedure should be entrusted to a qualified programmer, and meanwhile, this procedure can be performed by the user of the program himself.

Step 1
In order to create a new IB, you need to create a folder with a simple and logical name for the database. You can create a folder in any convenient place in the hard disk directory, for example C:.
Step 2
Then, on the disk with the installed program, find the following files: 1CV7. MD, V7PLUS. DLL, V7Plus.als (the default address is C: / Program Files / 1Cv7).

Copy these files to the folder that you created in the first step.

Start the 1C program. In the opened “Start 1C” tab, click on the “Add” command, the following window “Registration of the Information Base” will open.
Step 5
In the field where you need to enter the text, enter the name of the new IB, then it will be displayed in the IB list when you start the 1C program.

Then click "OK" in the "Registration of the Information Base" window.

Now, when you start the program, in the "Start 1C" window, the created infobase is displayed. Click on the name of the base with the left mouse button. At the top of the "In mode" drop-down list, select the "Configurator" item and click "OK"

On the “Selecting the data storage format” tab, the “*. DBF, *. CDX files” checkbox is already set by default. Click "OK" and the "Configurator" will start.

Open the "Designers - New Report …" tab. There is no need to change anything here, just click "Next - Next - Finish". After the actions taken, the "Form-Report.new1" window will open. Close the "Form-Report.new1" window.
Step 10
In the "Configuration" window, delete the created report "new1", confirm the deletion.
Step 11
Close the "Configuration" window. In the "Configurator" window that opens, confirm all questions by clicking "Yes".
Step 12
In the information window "Reorganization of information" click "Accept", then a window will appear on the screen with information that the reorganization is completed. Click OK.
Step 13
After completing the process, close the "Configurator" and feel free to start working in the new infobase.
