After you have chosen the registrar that suits you in terms of price and quality, register on its website and create a profile. Do not in any way lose your login and password from the registrar's website, otherwise in a year you will not be able to renew your domain use.
All domains on the Internet, except for anonymous ones, have whois. Whois is a block of information that contains information about the holder of a domain name (site URL). In the profile on the registrar's website, you will need to enter all the data about you that the whois form requires, including a detailed address, phone number and passport data, and you will also need to duplicate some information in Latin letters.
After you are convinced of the correctness of the entered data, proceed to the domain registration. Check if such an address exists in the special search form on the registrar's website. After choosing a domain, you must put it in the "basket" and pay for the order in any way convenient for you (WebMoney, PayPal, bank payment, etc.). Remember that you are paying for the domain for a period of one year. After a year, you will have to pay the same or a different amount to extend the registration period.

When the domain is paid for, you can set up its privacy, and also, usually within a few minutes after registering the domain, you will receive a notification by email with a link that you need to go through and download a scanned copy of your passport (spread and registration page).
After successful loading, the site will become active, usually within 24 hours after registering and paying for the domain name. Congratulations, you have created your domain! Now it can be attached to the hosting.
