Step 1
First, you should look at the version of the already installed Agent, and then check the latest version on the developer's website. To do this, start the Agent on your computer and click on the "Menu" button. Select the "About" item and see the current version. Now head over to the site www.mail.ru to the "Agent" section, or simply click on the following link: https://agent.mail.ru/ru/#1. You will see the newest available version of the Agent. If you have an earlier version, then select your operating system and download the installation file to your computer
Step 2
After the file is downloaded, double click on it to update. You will be prompted to complete the installation. Select the program language and click the "Next" button. In the next step, you can set Mail.ru as the start page in your browser, set Mail.ru search as your default search engine, and install the Mail.ru Sputnik panel. If all this is not necessary, then feel free to uncheck all the boxes and click "Next". The installation will start, during which the old version of the program will be automatically closed and updated. After installation is complete, a shortcut to the new version of the program will appear on the desktop Click on it to launch your updated Agent!
