Step 1
We propose to consider the process of gluing layers in Photoshop from the very beginning. So first of all you need to create layers. If you want to place text on a new layer, you just need to select the appropriate tool in the program. Click in the image field and enter the required text. The program will automatically create a new layer. If you need to paint something, then you must create a new layer yourself.
Step 2
You can create a new layer in two ways at once. In the first case, your actions will look like this: move the mouse cursor over the "Layers" item (this item is located in the upper horizontal program control panel) and click on it. Next, you need to move the mouse cursor over the "New" subsection and select the "Layer" item. You can also do this by pressing the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + N". Give the new layer a name and start working on it. In the second case, you will have to act in a slightly different way: at the bottom of the window displaying image layers, click on the penultimate icon (the icon of a square with layering). The layer will be created.
Step 3
To merge two or more layers, you need to follow these steps. If you need to glue all the layers, select them all by holding the "Shift" button and click on any layer with the right mouse button after selection. In the menu that appears, select the "Merge Layers" item. If you need to glue specific layers, then leave only them visible by removing the eye icon from the rest of the elements. Then click on any visible layer with the right mouse button and select the "Merge visible" option.
