Browser cache is an information clipboard that remembers frequently visited pages on the Internet. In order to save time and reduce traffic, the browser does not load these pages upon entry, but copies them from the cache memory.
Instructions
Step 1
With frequent use of the Internet, the browser cache fills up, and free space on the hard disk is consumed. Therefore, the cache must be cleared periodically to ensure that the system operates properly. To find out how much the cache is currently occupied on the Opera browser and clear it, click on the "Menu" button located on the top bar of the browser.

In the menu options, select the "Tools" tab. In the window that opens, click on "Preferences".

In "Preferences" select "History and Cache". You will see the size of the memory currently occupied by the cache.

If the cache is exceeded and you want to clear it, tell your browser to “Clear Immediately”.
Wait the required amount of time for the system to cope with the task.

To find out and clear the cache in the Mozilla Firefox browser, find the "Tools" option on the upper taskbar, click on it.

In the function window that opens, select "Settings" (you can also open them using the keyboard by specifying the "Alt + O" command).

In the settings menu, click on the "Advanced" button.
Step 8
Select the "Network" tab. You will see that the browser prompts you to decide what cache size (in megabytes) is acceptable for your comfortable work in Mozilla Firefox. By default, the amount is set to 50 MB. Change it if necessary.

To clear your browser cache, use the Clear Now command. Wait for the browser to finish this job.
Step 10
You can find out the cache in the Google Chrome browser in the following way. Open Google Chrome. Go to the settings by clicking on the button with the wrench to the right of the address bar.

Move your cursor over the Tools tab. An options window will open in front of you.
Select the function "Delete browsing data". Manually this function is set as "Ctrl + Shift + Del".

Check the box next to the function "Clear cache", then click on the button "Clear browsing data".
