Photos do not always turn out the way the user wants to see them. You can fix the situation using the Adobe Photoshop editor, removing unnecessary noise and adding suitable effects. There are many ways to transform a photo.
Instructions
Step 1
Before editing an image in the editor, take a close look at the photo and determine what exactly you want to change in it. While processing, remember that it is important not only not to miss defects, but also not to overdo it with filters or colors: everything should be harmonious in the finished picture.
Step 2
Use the standard tools from the Image category and Adjustments to adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation of your photo. In order to edit only a certain fragment of the image, do not forget to select it with the tools from the Select category ("Selection"). Refer to the Filter menu to add effects.
Step 3
If the existing set of tools built into the editor is not enough for you, use additional plugins that can be found on disks or on the Internet. Installation of additional filters is carried out either through the "Installation Wizard" of the plug-in itself, or by adding the corresponding file to the Plug-in folder in the Adobe directory.
Step 4
In order to suppress noise in the photo, use filters from the Topaz line (Clean, Denoise). With their help, you can not only smooth out and remove artifacts, but also adjust the depth and intensity of colors, adjust the sharpness. In the preview window, you can immediately evaluate the result and compare it with the original image without closing the plugin window.
Step 5
There are also quite a few products in the Nik Software line that will help you transform a photo: make it black and white or imitate an old photo, apply the effect of using film or adjust lighting (morning, day, night). Pay attention to the filters Color Efex Pro (includes many different effects) and Viveza (allows you to make different settings in one action, for which you have to use different tools in the Adjustments menu).
Step 6
Use original frames and brushes to style your photo. In the process of adding different elements, do not forget to create new layers for them - in case of failure, you can simply delete them and try something new.
