Many found themselves in a situation when the necessary documents were deleted from the computer. However, even if you deleted a file, this does not mean that it cannot be found on your computer and restored. There are various free programs available to deal with these problems.

Instructions
Step 1
First of all, make sure the file is indeed deleted. Typically Microsoft Office documents are automatically copied by AutoSave. Therefore, to find the file, just do the following manipulations: simultaneously press the Windows button (it is located between the Ctrl and Alt buttons) and the English letter R. A search window will appear. Enter the name of the missing file in it without specifying the extension. If the file was indeed automatically duplicated, you will find it with a different extension.
Step 2
If the file is still not found, then you should use the program. One of the best free software is Recuva. You can download it from here: https://www.piriform.com/recuva. Follow the link, press the green Download button, then select Recuva Free, namely - click on the Download from Piriform link. In the window that appears, check the box next to "save" and click "OK"
Step 3
Find the downloaded program in "My Downloads" and open it. An assistant appears (Wizard) - it is not needed, just put a tick in the checkbox and click Cancel. Then you need to install the Russian language in the program itself. Click on Options, select Language, and then - Russian.
Step 4
In the program window, click on the "Analysis" button. A list of all deleted files will appear. In the window next to the button, specify the name of the file you need. The program will display it. Pay attention to the color of the circle before the name of the displayed file, if it is green, then it will be easy to recover the file. If it is orange, then recovery is not guaranteed. And if it is red, the file cannot be restored. The program also allows you to view some files, even if they have been deleted.
Step 5
To restore the files you need, put a check mark in the checkbox in front of the file name and click the "Restore" button.
