Have you accidentally emptied the Trash and deleted important work files or photos that were only in one copy? It is almost always possible to recover files deleted from the recycle bin, and most likely it will not take much of your time.
Instructions
Step 1
To recover information deleted from the recycle bin, you need to download and install one of the special programs on your computer, for example, the Recuva program, which is available on the Internet for free.
Download the program, install it on your PC following the instructions and run it.
Step 2
If you remember what kind of files - documents, videos, pictures, etc. you need to restore, then select what you need in the menu that opens. If you don’t remember, then just click “cancel”.
Now set the path to the location from which you deleted the file. It can be either a local or a removable drive.
Step 3
Click the "Analyze" button and you will see how those files that can be recovered begin to appear. Select the files you need, click "recover" and set the path to the folder where you want to place the recovered files. In this case, you should not save files deleted from the disk to the same disk in order to avoid overwriting. After the work is completed, you will see a pop-up window with the appropriate message.
Step 4
Now you can open and check the recovered files.
If some files could not be restored, then perhaps it is worth trying to do the analysis using another similar program: R-Studio, Magic Uneraser, etc. If the files were deleted too long ago, you can use the services of data recovery specialists or contact computer repair center. Most importantly, remember that nothing is impossible, and that in many cases deleted information can be recovered.
