Instructions

Step 1

Open a new document with a transparent base. On the T toolbar, select the Type Mask Tool and make an inscription. Use the Ctrl + T keys to edit. Click with the mouse on the layer with the inscription in the layers panel. Duplicate this layer twice using the Create a new layer button

Step 2

Turn off the visibility of the two layers by clicking on the eye drawing. Set the foreground color to whatever you like. Select the Paint Bucket Tool ("Fill") and fill the inscription on the layer by clicking on it with the mouse. Turning on the visibility of the remaining layers one by one, paint them in the same color

Step 3

Leave one layer visible again. From the Filter menu, choose the Noise and Add noise commands. Set the level to your liking by moving the Amount slider. Add noise to each layer one at a time. Deselect the selection by pressing Ctrl + D

Step 4

Activate the top layer and in the layers panel click Add a layer style. Use different options until you get the desired result. Click OK to confirm your selection

Step 5

Right-click on the layer and select Copy Layer Style from the drop-down menu. Activate the next layer, open the context menu by right-clicking and apply the Past Layer Style command. Set the style for the third label in the same way.

Step 6

Now we need to create animation. If you have Adobe Photoshop CS2 or higher installed, choose Animation from the Window menu. If your version of Photoshop is older, use Shift + Ctrl + M to switch to Image Ready.

Step 7

In the new window, click on the triangle in the upper right corner and in the context menu click on the Make Frame from Layers command. The animation window will display the icons of all three layers. Click on the triangle with the top down below each one to set the frame rate. Use the Plays Animation button to check how the frame will look

Step 8

Use the Save Optimized As command on the File menu to save the animation to Image Ready. In the "File type" field, set the extension *.gif. In Adobe Photosop, on the File menu, choose Save for Web, File Type GIF. Click the Save button to save and enter the frame name in the corresponding field.
