Often, for printing graphs, charts and tables, it would be clearer to use landscape page orientation, rather than portrait (portrait). After all, a horizontally flipped page gives more space for placing captions for graphs and charts and legends for charts and maps.
Instructions
Step 1
Not knowing how to rotate the page 90 degrees when printing in Microsoft Word, we print in normal portrait orientation. But in fact, everything is done very simply. So, in versions of Microsoft Word 2003 and 2007, it is enough to select the "File" item in the top menu, go to "Page Setup", "Paper Size" and put a checkmark in front of "Landscape".
Step 2
If you want to insert several landscape pages into a document, where all other pages are standard, i.e. portrait orientation, do the following: Insert a section break where you want to rotate the page. You can find it in the "Page markup". Select the Category Breaks, Section Breaks, Next Page. Thus, for each of the sections, you can set its own page orientation.
Step 3
In the latest version of Microsoft Office Word 2010, to activate the landscape orientation, you just need to go to the "Page Layout" tab and in the "Page Setup" section you will see a small image of a corner and an arrow below. After clicking on it, a window will pop up in which you will be asked to change the page orientation.
After such simple actions, you can start printing the document, having previously saved it. The text will be output by the printer in landscape orientation /
