Necessary

  • - Personal Computer;
  • - ReJig program;
  • - Sound Forge program;
  • - Sonic Foundry Soft Encode Dolby Digital 5.1;
  • - VobBlanker program.

Instructions

Step 1

Split vob files into m2v video streams and ac3 or dts audio streams. To do this, run the ReJig program on your personal computer and click on File Mode in the menu presented, and then on Add. Download the first file of the movie Vts_xx_1.vob, the rest will not have to be downloaded manually, as they will be downloaded automatically. Click on Done and then check the Fix & correct AC3 delays option. Select the required audio track and click on Demux. As a result of such manipulations, one video file and several audio files will be obtained. However, remember that you can extract only one video stream or audio file at a time.

Step 2

Expand the audio file into several wav-files (their number is determined by the number of channels) using the Sonic Foundry Soft Encode Dolby Digital 5.1 program. Perform translation overlay. Then use the Sound Forge software to normalize the sound: load the file - click on process, and then click normalize, setting the peak level to 96%. After normalizing the sound, scan the channels by clicking on Scan levels. After that, enter the obtained data in the dialog normalization field of the Sonic Foundry Soft Encode Dolby Digital 5.1 software.

Step 3

Launch VobBlanker to create a full working disc menu. Then select the file of the processed DVD in the Video_ts.ifo format in the Input Folder field. In the Output Folder field, specify the recording path. Then, in the Titleset window, select the appropriate VTS, in the PGC window that opens - the required PGC. Then click Replace and open the first wob (all the rest will pick up by themselves). Click on Process. When the operation is complete, close VobBlanker.
