Instructions
Step 1
Download Photoshop. Open the photo you want: File - Open. Highlight the eyes using special tools. For example, the Elliptical Marquee tool works well. You can also use Lasso. First select one eye, and then hold down the Shift key and in add mode do the same with the second.
Step 2
When the color or other parameters (saturation, brightness) are changed inside the selected area, it can subsequently significantly contrast with the surrounding areas of the photo. To keep it unobtrusive, feather the edges of the eyes. Click Select> Modify> Feather. A window will open in which you need to set the radius, preferably within one pixel.
Step 3
Use an adjustment layer: "Layers" (Layers) - "New adjustment layer" (New adjustment layer) - "Hue / Saturation" (Hue / Saturation). It can also be created by clicking on the black and white circle at the bottom of the layers palette. The "Adjustments" window will open.
Step 4
Set the color you want using the slider in the "Color tone" field. Increase or decrease the brightness and saturation as desired, but not too much so that the photo looks natural. If you check the box next to the "Toning" option, the color change will be clearer and more specific.
Step 5
There is a second option for changing the color of the eyes. Duplicate the layer. Zoom in on the view. Select the eyes with an oval selection or with the Lasso tool. Transfer the selected area of the eyes to a new layer - "Layer by copying" (Layer via copy).
Step 6
Select the eyes with a "Magic Wand" with a large tolerance, then paint in the desired color with a brush. Choose a blending mode for this layer, for example, "Soft Light". Adjust its transparency. Deselect and merge the layers.
