Step 1
For processing, you can select any portrait that was made by you. If you do not have photos with the image of a person's face, you can borrow a photo from any social network or use the search engine (by typing the word "Dating").

At the very beginning of processing, it is necessary to get rid of the external signs of a fuzzy photo - dirt (noise) in the photo, as well as remove unnecessary moles. To do this, use the Oval Area Tool (M), setting the brush value to 2. Select a clean area of the skin and, holding down the Alt key, drag to the place of the dirt in the photo or to the place of a pimple. The same action can be done with the Clone Stamp tool.
Step 3
Create a copy of the current layer by clicking the top menu "Layer", then choosing "Duplicate Layer". For a new layer, apply the filter "Dust and Scratches", first moving the new layer to the top of the list of layers. Click the top menu "Filter", select "Noise", then "Dust and Scratches".
Step 4
Then apply the Gaussian Blur filter. Click the top menu "Filter", select "Blur", then "Gaussian Blur". Then apply the Add Noise filter. Click the top menu "Filter", select item "Noise", then item "Add noise".

To the top layer you need to add a mask, click the "Add layer mask" button on the layers panel. Fill the mask with a dark color, preferably black. Next, you need to select a brush of white color and very carefully apply white color to the layer mask, without touching the lips, hair, eyes and the corners of the nose.
Step 6
Turn off the display of the bottom layer. Most likely, you will notice that there are parts in the photo that were not processed, they should be drawn. It is also worth changing the color of the eyes if they look faded. To do this, you need to create a new layer and paint the eyes with a brush of any color that you would like to see. In the settings of this layer, you need to set the transparency parameters (from 20 to 30%) and overlay.
Step 7
The last step is to combine all the layers into one whole or simply save the photo. Press Ctrl + E (to merge the layers), then press Ctrl + S (to save).
