Step 1
To quickly disable such viruses, special recovery discs have been created. If you are using Windows XP, then you will need various collections of programs, such as Reanimator or LiveCD. If the banner showed itself when working with Windows Vista or Seven, then it is better to resort to using the installation disk on which the archives of the specified OS are located.
Step 2
Turn on your computer after inserting a suitable DVD into the drive. Press the F8 key. After a while, a window with a list of boot devices will appear on the screen. Select the drive you are using and press Enter.
Step 3
For a LiveCD (Windows XP), select the System Restore menu and start the specified process. If the virus manifests itself in newer versions of Windows, then wait until the window appears, which contains the "Advanced options" menu, and go to it.
Step 4
Go to Startup Repair. Start this process by letting the system automatically make adjustments to the boot files.
Step 5
Find the banner disable code if you don't have the recovery discs you want. In this case, it is recommended to use a mobile phone or any other PC with network access.
Step 6
Visit the resource https://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/deblocker. Enter the phone number to which the cybercriminals offer to send funds, and click the "Get code" button.
Step 7
Substitute the passwords issued by the system into the banner. Repeat the described algorithm using other known resources, for example https://www.drweb.com/unlocker/index or
Step 8
Check your system with an antivirus program. This process must be performed regardless of how you disabled the virus module. Update the antivirus software database to prevent a virus window from appearing.
