Vk.com is the most visited Russian social network. Due to the constant changes in the interface, the mode of uploading photos on this resource has changed. This applies to both albums and profile photos.

Instructions
Step 1
In order to upload the main profile photo, use the "Edit Photo" button and select the appropriate one from the displayed options. Here you can choose the option to install an existing photo on your computer as an avatar or take a photo using your webcam.
Step 2
After the photo is uploaded, edit the thumbnail copy. Click the Save button. In the future, after changing your avatar, your previous photo will be available in the "Photos from my page" album.
Step 3
In order to upload photos to albums on the Vkontakte social network, make sure you have the appropriate section in the menu on the left. If it is not there, check the box "My photos" in the page settings. Next, go to this section and select the item to create an album.
Step 4
Write its name, description; if necessary, include a comment. After that go to upload photos. Select the ones you need using the "Browse" button; mark, if necessary, the checkboxes of the image upload mode and wait until the end of their upload to the server. If necessary, edit each of them, tag the people, and so on. Then save your changes.
Step 5
If you want to set the image that you previously uploaded as the main profile photo, open it and in the lower right corner click "Set as profile photo". After that, select the area of the image to crop, and then click "Save".
Step 6
Do not set as the main profile picture the photos that you edited with the help of special Avabomba sites and similar resources - all this looks ugly and indicates a lack of taste and inability to use the simplest skills of working in graphic editors.
