Open the video file you need in the program and select the time fragment on the timeline on which you want to increase the playback speed. If you need to speed up the entire video, just select the entire timeline.

Then open the "Playback speed" section of the menu. The playback speed settings window will open. By default, it is set to 100%, which implies normal scrolling speed.

If you want to slow down the video playback speed, set the speed to less than 100, and if you increase it, make it more than 100.
