Instructions
Step 1
Download the Deamon tools disk emulation program to read the *.iso file. To do this, go to the official website of this program - daemon-tools.cc/rus/downloads, select the version of the program to download, for example, DAEMON Tools Lite, click the Download button. Wait for the download to complete, install the program on your computer.
Step 2
Next, reboot the system for the changes to take effect. The program icon can be found in the Windows system tray. Right-click on it to emulate the *.iso image. Select the "Virtual drive" item and set the required number of drives, for example, if you need to read several *.iso files at the same time, set the appropriate number of drives. Wait while the program creates them.
Step 3
Right-click on the Deamon Tools shortcut in the tray, select the virtual drive and the "Mount Image" command. In the dialog box that opens, select the *.iso file that you need to read. The virtual disk will be mounted. Next, go to the "My Computer" window and open the desired drive by double-clicking. After you finish working with the disk, unmount the image in the same way as the mounting process.
Step 4
Also use another program to mount images in *.iso format - Alcohol 120%. Download a trial version of this program on the official website of the manufacturer https://www.alcohol-soft.com/. On the website, select the Download trial button, wait for the download to complete, install the program on your computer
Step 5
Run the program, on the right side, click the "Search for images" button, then select the disk where the file in *.iso format is located, click the "Search" button. The program will display the logo of the disk image. Press the button "Add selected files" and the disk will be emulated. After that, open "My Computer" and browse the drive you need by right-clicking on it and choosing "Open".
