Text decoration requires emphasizing one thought and muffling another. Sometimes by means of graphic representation it is necessary to designate something like a "slip of the tongue according to Freud" - what you think flew out of the language, and something else is immediately said. Text editors and blogs allow you to style this detail with strikethrough.
Instructions
Step 1
To cross out a word in a text editor, select it by pressing the mouse button or the Shift and Right Arrow keys.
Step 2
In the upper panel, on the main tab, under the font name, there is a strikethrough Latin letter (or a group of letters). Click on it. The word will be formatted with strikethrough.
Step 3
Use HTML tags to style the strikethrough word on your blog or website. Place tags around the word from the illustration.
Step 4
Strikethrough can be colored. Then the tags will match the second illustration. Instead of the word “red” you can use any other color name in English.
Step 5
Strikethrough text can be colored, in which case the tags will change slightly to reflect the new illustration. You can choose the color names according to your taste.
