Despite the fact that the laptop was created with the goal of being a constant companion of a business person, certain precautions must be taken when transporting it so that it continues to serve its owner faithfully.

Step 1
Get a dedicated bag or backpack to carry your laptop. Don't be surprised at their cost. The presence of such a bag does not give a 100% guarantee of the exclusion of possible damage, but in it your laptop will obviously be in better safety than in an ordinary backpack or in a plastic bag.
Step 2
To make sure that such a bag is necessary, carefully examine it in the store. It has thicker walls with foam interlayers, as well as fastening straps to ensure a secure fit of the laptop during transportation. There are different models of these bags. Among them, you can probably find the one that suits you.
Step 3
Place a special pad between the screen and the laptop keyboard if you are going to be on a long journey. This will keep both of these elements intact and transport the laptop in perfect working order. A padded pad should come with your laptop, so inspect all components carefully when purchasing. If this gasket is not available, be sure to ask for it. If you have lost it somewhere, use a soft cloth.
Step 4
Remove the battery from the laptop if you are going to travel for a long time. Also pay attention to the power adapter. By itself, it is very strong, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about its detachable parts. To transport your laptop properly, you need to pack the power adapter well.
Step 5
Disconnect all wires from it so that only a monolithic block remains. Carefully wind up the wires themselves so that they are not squeezed anywhere. If moisture is susceptible to moisture, put your laptop bag in a plastic bag and wrap it with duct tape. This reliably protects your laptop from short circuits and damage that could occur if the contacts are wet.
