Step 1
Boot the Windows operating system using a bootable recovery disc. It can be Windows miniPE, ERD Commander. Insert this disc and restart your computer. Press “Delete” during reboot. This will allow you to enter the “CMOS Setup Utility”. Set your computer to boot from CD-ROM. To do this, press "F10". The reboot will start again. You will see the "Windows XP Recovery Wizard" menu. In it, select the next section "Download ERD Commander". Press the "Enter" key. At the bottom, you will see the Starting Winternals ERD Commander status bar appear. When the video card driver is loaded, a window will appear in which click "Skip Network Configuration". In the new "Welcome to ERD Commander" window, you must select your operating system. Click "Ok" again. After loading the Desktop, double click on "My Computer".
Step 2
In the "ERD Commander Explorer" window, open the disk where your operating system is located. Usually the path starts with:. Delete the original virus file that was blocking the Windows screen. It is always located in temporary files:% Temp%.tmp.

Close ERD Commander Explorer. Click on "Start", select "Administrative Tools" and "RegEdit". In this ERD Commander Registry Editor window, select [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogon]. Correct the value of the REG_SZ parameter Userinit to C: WINDOWSsystem32userinit.exe. Here, change the REG_SZ value of the Shell parameter to Explorer.exe.

Close "ERD Commander Registry Edito". Click "Start", then "Log Off" and "Restart". Confirm with the "Ok" button. Reboot starts, then press Delete. Go to “CMOS Setup Utility”. Set the computer to boot from the hard drive. Press "F10" and authorize the changes. Boot your Windows normally. Scan your computer with an anti-virus system.
