So let's see how to install Ubuntu. To get started, download the ISO image with the required version of this OS from the official Ubuntu website. You can, of course, do this completely free of charge. Also download the WinSetupFromUSB program for your version of Windows.

Install the USB stick into a working USB port. Run WinSetupFromUSB as administrator. In the highlighted window, select your USB flash drive. Check the box next to NFTS.

Click the button next to Linux ISO. In the window that opens, select the downloaded Ubuntu image. Click Go and wait for the program to finish running.

Thus, you have created a bootable OS flash drive. Now let's see how to install Ubuntu. To do this, turn off your laptop or computer. Then, without removing the USB flash drive, turn it on again. When starting up, enter BIOS. To do this, press the desired button, depending on the model of your laptop or computer.

In the Boot Boot Device Priority tab (most often) set the USB flash drive as the boot priority. Exit the menu and save the data.

Wait for the system to install and restart your computer. After installing Ubuntu from Windows, the next time you start the PC, you will see the OS selection menu. In this case, you need to choose Ubuntu. With a complete overwrite, you will immediately be taken to the interface of this OS.
