Instructions
Step 1
Use KMPlayer to save a specific frame from a video file. The main advantages of this program: support for a large number of well-known video formats and the ability to take a screenshot by pressing certain keys. Download and install KMPlayer.
Step 2
Run this program. Click the "Open" button and select the desired video file. Move the slider to move to the desired frame. Click the Pause button.
Step 3
Right-click on the image and move the cursor over the "Capture" field. Click on the line "Frame capture (from the screen)". In the menu that appears, select a folder to save the current frame. Enter a name for the file. Click the Ok button.
Step 4
To quickly create a copy of the current frame, press the key combination Ctrl, alt="Image" and E. Unfortunately, using the video player usually does not allow you to copy the required frame. This is due to the slight delay in displaying the image on the display.
Step 5
Use any video editor with a storyboard function to accurately select the desired fragment. If you prefer to work with free utilities, install Movie Maker.
Step 6
Install MM and launch this editor. Open the File menu and select Import into Project. Specify the required video file.
Step 7
Right-click at the bottom of the working window and select "Show visualization bar". Move the file name to the submenu that appears. Select the frame you want and press the Ctrl and C keys.
Step 8
Open the built-in Paint editor. Press the Ctrl + V keys. Open the File menu and select the Save submenu. Enter the title of the fragment and specify its format. Copy other frames from the video in the same way.
