Instructions
Step 1
Make sure your computer has a sound card. Find connectors on it for connecting speakers, microphone, headphones, and so on. Usually, if you have a stationary personal computer, the sound card outputs are located on the back wall. In some cases, there is the option of connecting the speaker system to its front panel, if it is convenient for you.
Step 2
Find the connector that is marked with a headphone icon or the corresponding label. Connect the main speaker wire to this jack, make sure the speakers are turned on and the volume is not set to the minimum. Check their network connectivity.
Step 3
Install the sound card driver if not already done. Insert the special disc with the software into the drive, run the installer, if you have the skills of a confident PC user, configure the adapter manually, specifying the parameters of your choice when installing the driver. Restart your computer when the device is installed.
Step 4
Try including one of the media on your computer, such as MP3 recording. If done correctly, sound will come out of your speakers. Adjust the volume level of the sound card output using the special icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 5
If you are connecting 5.1 speakers, connect each speaker to the main unit using dedicated speaker wires. Insert the special wire to connect to the computer. Connect the speaker system to the sound card of your personal computer, observing the color scheme. Please note that you must have a special sound card installed that supports the connection of such speakers.
