In the "Cursor blinking frequency" group it is necessary to correct the position of the slider, which allows you to set the optimal cursor blinking frequency.

And in the end, save the changes made by clicking on the "OK" button at the bottom of the dialog box.

If you are not sure about the correctness of your settings, before changing the parameters, write down the previous values on paper, so that in the future it will be easier to adjust the position of the knobs or simply return to the original settings.
