The solution to the problem of restoring the previous session in different browsers is quite different. Nevertheless, it is possible to distinguish some general algorithm of actions that allows the user to carry out the desired action.
Instructions
Step 1
Call the main system menu by clicking the "Start" button and go to the "All Programs" item. Start Internet Explorer and open the "Tools" menu in the top bar of the program window. Specify the command "Reopen the last browsing session". Please note that if Internet Explorer terminates unexpectedly, the program offers to restore the previous session with all open tabs in automatic mode. Another way to restore the last Internet Explorer session is to open a new tab where you can select the Reopen closed tabs option (for Internet Explorer).
Step 2
Launch Mozilla Firefox browser and type
about: sessionrestore
in the text box of the application address bar. This action will bring up the dialog box for restoring the previous session. Use an alternative method to recover the last session. To do this, return to the main Start menu and go to All Programs. Expand the Accessories link and launch the Windows Explorer application. Follow the path
drive_name: / Documents and Settings / user_name / Application Data / Mozilla / Firefox / Profiles / ####. default
and find a file called sessionstore.js. Run the found file to restore the previous browser session.
Step 3
Try another method to restore the last session. to do this, open the main menu of the Mozilla Firefox application by clicking the button with the browser logo in the upper service panel of the program window, and select the "Log" item. Select the "Restore previous session" sub-item (for Mozilla Firefox).
Step 4
Start the Opera application and open the "File" menu of the upper service panel of the browser window. Select the item "Sessions" and select the last session (for Opera).
Step 5
In the Google Chrome app, open a new tab and select the "Number of Tabs" tab at the bottom. This action will open the previous session (for Google Chrome).
