Mail Agent is a program for online communication with users who have a mailbox in the mail.ru system; it also supports video communication using a microphone and a web camera connected to a computer.
It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
Launch the Mail. Ru Agent application using the shortcut on the desktop or on the quick launch bar. Select "Menu", go to the "Program Settings" item, then select the "Voice and Video" tab. Configure the agent for camera communication.
Step 2
If your computer has only one sound card, leave all settings unchanged. Select the desired devices for audio playback, mixing and recording, if necessary. To set the maximum microphone sensitivity, check the box next to the Microphone Gain option.
Step 3
Go to the "Webcam" tab to configure the camera in the Mail. Ru Agent program. If several cameras are installed on the computer, select the one that will be used by default from the list. Check the box next to the option "Allow others to find me by my webcam." Then you will be displayed in the search results for the presence of a webcam on your computer.
Step 4
Make sure that both your computer and your interlocutor have headphones / speakers, webcam and microphone connected and configured. Establish an internet connection. To make and receive video calls in the Mail Agent program, you need to install the latest version of the flash player.
Step 5
Right-click on the contact's name from the list, select the "Video Call to Computer" option. If a call is received, a video window will open in the dialogue window. A window may also appear in which you need to confirm the use of the webcam in the Mail Agent program.
Step 6
To do this, click on the "Confirm" button. During a conversation, you can turn off or turn on the microphone, turn off or change the sound. To display the signal from the camera in a separate window, click on the "Full screen" button. If the interlocutor sees you without interference, then you managed to correctly configure the camera in the Mail Agent program.
