Necessary

  • - Photo;
  • - Photoshop program;
  • - a set of brushes to change the appearance.

Instructions

Step 1

Select a photo. In order to change your appearance in Photoshop, it is better to use photographs in which you are depicted in full face, preferably without tilting your head (such a photo will be easier to edit). Hair should not cover the face; to try on new hairstyles, you should remove the bangs, remove large, distracting accessories. It is much easier to work with photographs that have a uniform (better light) background.

Step 2

Find the appropriate brush sets on the related resources. The most interesting for changing the appearance of the brushes: "women's hairstyles", "eyebrows", "eyelash extensions" and "makeup". It is also possible to change the shape of the nose, the shape of the eyes and the figure in Photoshop, using additional brushes and templates, but this will require more time and certain skills. You can also add accessories to your photo or change clothes.

Step 3

Save the file with the brush in a special folder for downloaded add-ons. From the main menu, select the Edit - Preset Manager tab. In the window that appears, select the Brushes line and click Load, specify the location of the file on your computer and click Load again. The new brushes will now be available in the Brushes menu.

Step 4

Open the photo you would like to change (File - Open).

Step 5

Select the brush you want to work with, adjust the color and size of the tool. Use the Free transform function (hotkeys CTRL + T) to find the optimal ratio.

Step 6

Use the Clone Stamp tool to correct skin imperfections (pimples, wrinkles). Select a blemish-free area of skin that is as close as possible to the area to be retouched. Press alt="Image" and the left mouse button, the program will remember this section and insert it into the place you need by clicking the left mouse button.

Step 7

You can undo an action or go back one step using the Alt + Ctrl + Z key combination.

Step 8

Save the result. Use the File - Save command to save the changes to the original photo. Or "File - Save As" to create a new file with the result of the work, while the original photo will not be changed.
