Instructions
Step 1
Call the main menu of the system by clicking the "Start" button and go to the "All programs" item to perform the procedure for disabling pop-up windows.
Step 2
Select Internet Explorer and launch the application.
Step 3
Expand the "Service" menu in the upper toolbar of the program window and select the "Blocking pop-up windows" item.
Step 4
Apply the check box next to Enable Pop-up Blocker and go to Internet Options on the Tools menu.

Select the "Privacy" tab in the dialog box that opens and apply the check box to the "Block pop-up windows" box.

Press the "Apply" button to execute the command and confirm your choice by pressing the OK button.

Return to the main Start menu and go to Run for an alternative operation to disable pop-up windows using the Registry Editor tool.
