Probably, there is no such PC user who would not have to reinstall the operating system and who would not know how troublesome it is. If reinstalling Windows is still half the trouble, but reinstalling all the necessary drivers and programs is pretty boring. But you don't have to reinstall Windows from scratch. You can restore the operating system to functionality using the Recovery Console.

Step 1
Turn on the computer and insert the Windows disc into the optical drive (the same disc from which the operating system was installed). Reboot your computer. Immediately after pressing the reset button, continuously press F5 on the keyboard (alternatively, depending on the motherboard model, the F8 or F12 keys may appear). You will be taken to a menu where you can select your system launcher. Select your optical drive (CD / DVD) and press Enter. After the disc spins up, press any key on the keyboard.
Step 2
The installer will begin collecting information about your computer. Do not press anything during this process. Wait until a dialog box appears on the computer screen, and then press the R key. Wait until you see the name of the operating system installed on this computer in the window. After that press "1" and then the Enter key. In the next window, you must enter the password and administrator name. If you did not change the password (or did not set it at all), leave these lines unchanged. Press Enter twice.
Step 3
In the next window, you will need to type commands with which you can restore Windows. Enter the chkdsk / r command. Winchester will be scanned for errors and if any are found, they will be automatically eliminated.
Step 4
If the previous command did not help restore the operating system to work, type Fixmbr. The boot sector will be completely overwritten. This should eliminate all errors completely.
Step 5
Which command will restore the operating system depends on the reason for the failure of Windows. After the error has been resolved, the operating system should start normally. There is no need to reinstall drivers and programs.
