Sometimes, when watching a movie, you may notice that the sound level in the video is too low. In such cases, even turning the volume control on the speakers to the maximum does not help. However, there is a way out of this situation - in order not to listen to every rustle, make the recording louder.
Instructions
Step 1
Check your speakers (or headphones) first. Inspect for wire breaks, check if the plug of the wire going from the speakers to the sound card of the computer "sits" tightly in its socket. This is especially true if there are small children or pets at home. And those, and others out of curiosity can "mess things up".
Step 2
If everything is in order with your speakers / headphones, pay attention to the software part of your PC sound system. On the toolbar on the desktop, next to the clock, click on the speaker icon. It is possible that the volume level is not at 100% (left slider). Move the slider all the way to the top with the mouse.

If the desired result is not achieved, you can increase the volume of video playback in a different way, using special programs, for example, Sony Sound Forge (SSF) - one of the most common.

This audio editor has an impressive set of useful functions, and therefore its capabilities are limited only by your imagination and ability to work with it.
Step 5
Download the program by typing "Download Sony Sound Forge" in the search bar of any Internet browser and downloading the installation files. Install SSF and run it. Then place a movie in the program window and wait a while until the file is processed. After finishing the processing process, you will see two lines - audio and video. You need an audio line.
Step 6
To increase the sound, first select the line with sound vibrations, then find in the "Tools" tab the item called "Volume" and activate it. Click on the slider with the left mouse button and, without releasing it, move the slider towards the maximum volume value.
Step 7
Save the settings and wait a few minutes for the video file volume up operation to complete. Now you can turn on the movie - the volume level will become noticeably higher, which is what was required to be achieved.
