Instructions
Step 1
Call the main menu of the system by clicking the "Start" button and go to the "All Programs" item to download and install the necessary Windows Dream Scene tool.
Step 2
Expand Windows Update and select the Windows Ultimate Extras group.
Step 3
Launch Windows Photo Gallery and select the desired photo or video images.
Step 4
Specify the "Fix" command and use the "Image Crop" option.

Select 16x9 in the drop-down list of the Proportions section and match the size template with the selected image.

Confirm the application of the selected changes by clicking the "Apply" button and return to the photo gallery.

Select the first frame of the slideshow you are creating and press the Shift softkey.

While continuing to hold down the key, select the last frame and choose Make Movie.

Start Windows Movie Maker and choose Publish Movie.
