The Linux operating system cannot yet compete in popularity with Windows. Many users install it just for the sake of curiosity and after a while want to return to the old OS again. Basically, the main reason for abandoning Linux is the inconvenience of installing programs. Not many users want to study this process in more detail. For the rest, it is easier to simply install back the good old Windows.

Instructions
Step 1
Before starting the uninstallation process, please note that the operating system will be completely removed from your computer. It will also delete information from your hard drive. So save important data beforehand. The following steps will guide you through the process of uninstalling Linux and installing Windows.
Step 2
The first thing you should do is remove the Swap and Native sections. To do this, you can use the built-in Fdisk program. Use a Linux installation disk or disk to boot your computer. At the command prompt, type Fdisk and press Enter.
Step 3
Now type "p" and press Enter to get information about each section. To remove existing partitions, type "d" and press Enter again. After that, a window will appear in which there will be a request to delete the section. To delete partition 1, enter 1, respectively, and so on. Therefore, remove all partitions of this operating system. Now in the command line type "w" and press Enter. Error information will appear. Do not attach any importance to this. You must be done with the command line. To do this, type "q" and press Enter.
Step 4
Insert a bootable Windows operating system disc into the computer drive. If you are installing the operating system Windows 7, then wait for the first dialog box, and then select the function "Create partition". Thus, create the required number of partitions. Also format them. This can be done by selecting "Disk Setup" from the menu.
Step 5
In Windows XP, you must wait for the files to download and accept the license agreement before creating partitions. The main thing is to make sure that all disk space is used.
