Few people manage to take a picture that does not need post-processing. In photographs, you have to correct contrast, brightness, sharpness, remove red eyes and often align the image. In order not to delve into the intricacies of the complex and expensive Photoshop program, we will use the free Picasa graphics editor from Google to align photos.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the site www.google.com and download Picasa from the All Products section of the More menu. The program is not only a convenient graphic editor with an intuitive interface, but also a library of images with the ability to synchronize images with your web album
Step 2
Once installed, Picasa will prompt you to find photos on your computer to add to your library. This step, unfortunately, cannot be skipped. However, immediately after that, you will have access to editing any photo using the program.
Step 3
Select the snapshot you want to align and double-click on it. The photo will open in edit mode.
Step 4
In the menu on the left, click the "Align" button to activate the tool with which you can center the image horizontally and vertically.
Step 5
By moving the slider that appears in the photo area, change the tilt relative to the grid applied to the image. Having achieved the desired position, click the "Apply" button.
Step 6
Save the photo that you have straightened using the Save As or Save a Copy command from the File menu.
