A modern accountant often works with not one, but several enterprises. The program "1C Enterprise" provides an opportunity to keep accounting of all economic activities in one program, but for each enterprise you need to add a new database.
Instructions
Step 1
Open "My Computer" and find the folder where the document base of the organization with which you are already working is located. You can see the location of this directory when you start the 1C program. In the selection window, look at the path to the already connected database, then go to this folder through the "Explorer". You can use the operating system file search to find files, but as practice shows, it is often difficult to find the information of interest among the various files on the hard disk.
Step 2
Make a copy of the existing database to a new folder. Name the folder for the new database in such a way that it is clear to which enterprise it is related. This is necessary so that you do not accidentally delete this directory. You can also save an additional copy of the database to an external information carrier.
Step 3
Start the database selection window in 1C and click on the Add button. Specify the path to the new directory by clicking on the button in the form of three dots. Give an appropriate name for the new base. Click "OK" and wait for the program to load.
Step 4
Configure the new database for the new organization. Enter information about the organization in the "Service" section, correct magazines and reference books. Add new employees to the appropriate directory. You can enter any information into this software. Also in the future it will be possible to make various changes, or simply delete unnecessary categories.
