It happens that after installing new programs, folders or other objects, it is difficult to find them in the system. But when you try to reinstall them again, a warning message appears that the object is already installed. Finding the items you want is easy enough.
Instructions
Step 1
Click on the "My Computer" folder.
Step 2
In the list that appears, select "Find". A search form should open, which will perform the search.
Step 3
Select the desired item under the "What you want to find" subheading.
Step 4
Enter the name of the object. If you do not remember the name completely, then enter only the part of the file name that you remember.
Step 5
Click the Find button.
Step 6
The program will start searching for the required object.
Step 7
After the end of the search, a list of found objects will be generated. Select the one you want and move the icon where it will be more convenient for you to find it next time.
Step 8
If the search fails, reboot the system and try again. It is possible that the system did not boot correctly.
