The operating system can be installed both from a USB drive and from a bootable disk. Some users, writing such a disc by simple copying, make a mistake - it will not be possible to install the system from this disc. To burn a bootable disc correctly, follow these simple instructions.
Necessary
To burn a bootable disc from an image available on your computer, use one of the programs: Nero Burning Rom, Alcohol 120%, Image Burner, or any similar program
Instructions
Step 1
If you have a bootable disc that you need to burn a copy of, you first need to save an image of this disc on your computer. To do this, run one of the above programs and select the "Create Image" menu item.
Step 2
The program will prompt you to select a location on the disk where you should save the image file, after which it will save the contents of the boot disk as a single file. Now you can remove the original disc, insert a blank one, and start creating an image.
Step 3
In the main menu of the program, select the "Image Capture" menu item. You will be prompted to specify the path to the boot disk image file, select it and set the minimum write speed.
Step 4
Start the burning process and in a few minutes your boot disk will be ready to go.
