Step 1
First, make sure that your cartridge definitely needs a new refill. Lift the cartridge out of the printer and shake it vigorously several times. Then put it back in the printer and try to print one page. If everything is in order, print on. If the print also remains faint, the cartridge really needs a new refill. Let's get started.
Step 2
Remove the cartridge from the printer. Look at it carefully, study its structure. The cartridge is usually in two parts. The parts are connected to each other either by special latches or special latches.
