For the next steps you will need the Accent OFFICE Password Recovery program. With its help, you can guess passwords for almost all versions of Microsoft Office, including the version of Microsoft Office 2010. Download and install it on your computer hard drive. Please note - the trial version of the program has a limited period of use.
Step 2
Run the program and go to "Settings". In the menu that appears, select the "Applications" component. In the window that appears, find the "Application Priority" component. There is an arrow next to it. Click on this arrow with the left mouse button. Select “High” from the list of options that appear after that.

Next, check the box for all possible items that will be in the window (if they are not automatically checked). After that, find the line "Autosave state". Use the arrows to set the value "1 minute". After selecting all the settings, click OK.

Now in the main menu of the program, select "File", then - "Open". A browse window will appear. Specify the path to the protected document that you want to open. Select this document with the left mouse click. Then select "Open" from the bottom of the browse window.

The time it takes for the program to do this depends on the type of document (for Word documents, as a rule, it may take longer). It is also worth considering that the more characters the password contains, the more time it takes to guess the password. If you are using Microsoft Office 2003 or earlier, this will generally take much less time.

After completing the password guessing, a window will open in which the report will be published. This report will contain the password for the document. Now you can open the document you need.
