To integrate a table into a file, go to the "Insert" - "Table" tab. Select the number of cells you want to insert into your document. Start entering the required text.

If you have a need to split a table, this can also be done through the functions of Word. Place the cursor in the desired position by clicking on the line on which you want to perform the dividing procedure. After that press the key combination Ctrl, Shift and Enter of the keyboard at the same time. After performing the operation, the selected line will become the starting line for the second table.
